Education in India has improved dramatically over the last three decades. Schools are accessible to most children, initial enrollment and students attendance are at their highest level(94%), and teachers are adequately remunerated. The RTE Act guarantees a quality education to a wider range of students including ‘no child left behind’ policy than ever before. Also, the midday-meal plan, for example, is a highly publicized nationwide program through which government school children across India are provided with a midday meal every day of the school week. The program is largely considered a success. Some of the government schools are now started providing free breakfast to their students, pair of uniforms, free shoes, books, school bags and stationary. However, challenges in implementing and monitoring high standards in teaching, and learning outcomes across regional, cultural and socioeconomic subsets prevent India from fully achieving this goal.
We have compiled a list of points/comments (posted by our group members, volunteers and teachers in the month of Feb 2016) to improve and maintain the high standards in teaching, learning and also to develop all the govt schools across India. We are planning to prioritize all these points and it will be implemented based on priority.

To get good admissions to a government school, and to excel in the process of providing the quality education, we cannot leave behind any element from infrastructure to quality of training. That means, getting the government schools to the level or over the levels of private schools in all aspects is a question. I have seen best infra structured private schools in shimoga district going to dogs and out for sale because of poor quality training. From input to output we need to have a strategy. Contributions in our own way will not suffice. If we are serious, then we will have to really make an effort to find solutions in such a way that each school with its unique possibility is brought up. Generalizing things might not work in the education domain.

Depending on learning methodology the supporting infrastructure would change.
Hence we should address learning methodology first.
There are three major aspects in the process of learning.
Our educational system today is giving highest priority on Representing and then Knowing
Hardly any focus on Understanding
Let me give an example. Ask any high school child what is 10 cube.
Most of them would say 1000. And if this question comes up in exam they will write 1000 & score full marks.
But how many will tell - 10 cube is a three dimensional shape formed by organizing 10 units of an object in (each unit) in three dimensions.
This is possible only if child can experience a cube by physically organizing such a unit.
So there is a very big effort needed in creating new learning methodology. Training teachers to understand this first and then implement. Also come up with new culture in school where a teacher also comes with an open mind to learn every moment and facilitate children to learn by experimenting and making mistakes.
Build self confidence and nurture inherent capabilities of the child!
"A creative adult is a child who survived! "
This statement makes mockery of our current education system!

ಆದರೆ ಜಕ್ಕೂರು ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರಕಾರದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿರುತ್ತವೆ . ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಸರಕಾರಿ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿವೆ .ಅಂತಹ ಹತ್ತಿರದ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಿಗೆ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಿಸಿದರೆಅವರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಆಗಬಹುದು . ಇದನ್ನು ಬೇಗಮಾಡಬಹುದು . ಇದು ನನಗೆ ಬಂದ ಒಂದುಉಪಾಯ . ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನನಗಿಂತ ನಿಮಗೆಹೆಚ್ಚು ತಿಳಿದಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಏನಾದರೂ ಒಂದುಆಗಬೇಕುv. ವಿದೇಶೀ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅನ್ನುವಒಂದು ಪಿಳ್ಳೆ ನೆವ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಅದು ಸುಳ್ಳು.ಆಗ ಬಂದವರ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶೇಕಡಾ99 ಇರೋದು ಭಾರತದ ನೆಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರಿಗೆಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಪೌರತ್ವ ಹುಟ್ಟಿನೊಂದಿಗೆಸಿಕ್ಕಿದೆ.ನಮ್ಮಷ್ಟೇ ಅವರೂ ಭಾರತೀಯರು they are in need

Here is the Hindi version, but someone has to double check for grammar and words. We can't 100% depend upon online conversion tools. This tool converted all the pages in one click !|
