This website is too good. You draw perfect geometric shapes, edit and lot of useful tools including latex. With latex you can add and edit any complicated math expressions too. I am using this site from past 2 days to generate required shapes for SSLC math formulas. My MacBook too helped to write math equations and paste in to website.

Linnet D Silva: Teachers commitment is to be boasted. The schools where I am involved teachers lack this. My experience in Dharwad. : 1st 7th there are only 3 teachers that too half hearted. The school system take us for granted. Inspite of that I am still interested that children do not miss their childhood. So rte is so important. : Some times I feel some strict rules implementation is also needed. If they are not doing they should be shown the way out.

Yogish: I agree that good food and clean drinking water is everyone’s right, but this alone will not improve the school admissions. If you ask me my top priority for govt schools to improve admission is below because govt is taking care of children nourishment. I think we don’t have to fill the gap in that area. Let’s fill the gap by improving other facilities.
Start English medium which is possible I guess now through SDMC( someone suggested that SDMC should submit the requirements with proper report) Or at least spoken English after school hours. This is MUST. We should not replace kannada. But more focus on English speaking and teaching English that appear in science and math textbooks. At the end every student from village school should equally compete with the Bangalore school students who study in English medium private school
Yes everyone agree that kannada must be first language, but we need to give more focus for English in schools in villages. Today India is number 1 in software mainly because of our English knowledge. So we can’t tell our village students that English is only for Bangaloreans or for the kids who study in private schools.
HM Sunitha: Kannada must be the first language second language English as third language not needed HINDI IS NOT THE NATIONAL LANGUAGE. THIS will lower the load on students. Students can concentrate on subjects
