Girish Mudigere: There is s a chance we get huge money…..though we never ask…….should we reject?…how to manage?
Krishnamurthy: Girish – we can direct to improve the quality of life of some identified Govt school where it is needed on priority
Kollegala Sharma: This requires legal registration as a nonprofit body. But as Krishnamurthy says we can direct the donor to the right school where that fund can be spent. My experience is that donors (unless they are individuals) have jurisdictional and end-use (purpose) limitations. We need to find needy schools within these limitations and direct the donor. We can volunteer to work with donor in monitoring or implementation keeping all financial dealings strictly between the school and the donor.
Jyothi: Here is something – I would like to share
Mistakes don’t require punishments; they simply need corrections!
A little patience and constant motivation will go a long way in shaping the future of the children.
Setting an example is the only way. We cannot impose rules we cannot follow be it an adult or a child.
Pull up your socks and try harder. Goes for me too.
Lets jointly set an example for the next gen show them our best 😀

Guru Poornima: 🙏
Girish Mudigere: Lets find more Pradeeps and ASIs who filled pot holes near Cubbon park, more Motherlyhoods…….many many Government employees who are builders of society
Guru Poornima: 👍 🙏
Girish Mudigere: What all methods we can use? Media sure helps
We need to find Dr Sandeeps……..in other wings of media
Guru Poornima: Yeah definitely,Unique concept of NMMO
Girish Mudigere: 👍😊🙏
Nagesh TK added RaviRaj
Nagesh TK: Raviraj sir from gadag
Guru Poornima: Welcome Sir💐
Nagesh TK: ನಿಜ ಮ್ಯಾಮ್
Guru Poornima: We must focus on these aspects I personally feel
Girish Mudigere: Welcome Raviraj Sir….thanks Nagesh Sir for adding
Poornima madam i am seriously thinking to upgrade parents in school environment
Parents should have comfortable life ….kids will automatically get good environment
RaviRaj: ಸರ್ ತುಂಬಾ ತುಂಬಾ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು ನಾಗೇಶ ಸರ್💐💐💐💐🙏 🌹🙏
Girish Mudigere: We find sponsors for parents jobs…..each willing parent should come and work for schools.I will find such sponsors shortly
Girish : Huge simple work is avaiable for adults.Let’s try to crack above
Guru Poornima: 👍 👏
Kollegala Sharma: School as a source of employment for parents? Novel idea. We should discuss how this can be made possible.
Girish Mudigere: Sure Sir.We can make each square feet shining and healthy with needy parents….. I will search donors……main problem i am facing is ….how to handle huge money honestly….. I am not confident of my honesty with several crores of rupees
Hemanth Sharma: 👍
Girish Mudigere: To handle huge money…..huge time needed…..now we all are sparing few minutes only daily.Sparing upto few hours…..easy to do without charging ds.org
Team….kindly suggest 100% transparent and honest methods to handle huge money
Linnet D Silva: Poornima, please change not educated to illiterate. Sounds better. Person with out literacy can be educated.
Girish Mudigere: Let’s please focus on concept……
- Identify the jobs that a school can create. How much masonry per year, gardening, water harvesting-supply-management (plumbing), painting, carpentry, secretarial/data, instructors (for skills other than curricular – say carpentry, surveying, gardening, hairstyling, plumbing, driving, welding, computer, mobile repairs etc.)
- Identify parents in each school for each type of related works. Create parents group.
- Identify sponsors.
- Create timetable and work distribution
- Link up parents groups with sponsors.
Drawback- This system will not provide continuous jobs.
Parents groups change every year
Social issues (especially in hairstyling, cooking and other works)
Girish Mudigere: Words doesnot matter much ……lets not divert our focus……ground reality is to be addressed… I agree with you Linnet
Sharma sir….awesome direction.Lets explore and go deeper.I have 40 schools around me
Even few hours per day in each school will generate continuous job……including transportation
Kollegala Sharma: For points 1 to 5 we need no money, but time and intent. Volunteers will be of help here.
Girish Mudigere: 👍😊🙏
Linnet D Silva: I have doubts about above creating jobs for parents. That will be only for huge cities. In rural Area there’s one school and many needy parents.
Looks these days thinking pattern of Develop Schools is concentrating to Bangalore.
Kollegala Sharma: @Linnet. You are right on the first part. But the problems of infrastructure are same everywhere. The degree of some will be different in rural and urban areas. Social issues are different too and need to be included during implementation. I dont think ds is suggesting one fit for all solutions. Localization is very important and is the issue to be included in planning.
Girish Mudigere: Linnet mam and Sharma Sir…..excellent points and solutions.
Let’s try to find solutions than doubting
Huge opportunities are available everywhere with minor modifications
Lets start with nearest schools…….as in jbn i can try to act instead of just speaking
Lets focus on possibilities and solutions rather then comparing
Guru Poornima: 👍
Girish : Spoke to Bhimanagoud sir From Vushwamanava trust. He was in This whatsapp group earlier. Now onwards he Will take ideas From our website discussion forum and try to implement
Dr Sandeep Nayak: It may work temporarily. Sustainable model may be (just guessing)
– Deaddiction program
– Wprkers cooperative small scale or home based industry.
Girish Mudigere: Let’s explore all possibilities…..for consistent, sustainable model which are not person dependent….. Lets make simple process dependents Dr
Dr Sandeep Nayak: 👍🏽.Response to our actions is immense. Trust me in this. There are many “well wishers”
Converting them into activists is important. We need more and more problem solvers in every village!
Girish Mudigere: Lets try selfless, harmless but proactive volunteers under dsph.org. develop schools primary health
