Girish Mudigere: We should try for PhD holders tilisi teach anganavadis.This seems unrealistic but with our population it is a possible target.We should produce more PhD s with quality.We have huge resources …..utilization should go for education food health. Cloths, environment, public properties would be taken by end result of above threes

Poornima: Sir what about Human Resources?RESOURCES BARRIER, Material Resources, If the content delivered by a primary school or school system is not of high quality, there is no incentive for families to send children to school, for children to attend regularly, or for children to persist with education.

RESOURCES BARRIER: Financial Resources. Lack of financial resources devoted to education can act as a barrier to any child seeking a primary education.

Human resources: Resources include planners, administrators, teachers, mentors, managers, and support staff. Here, we focus on teachers as one of the critical aspects of human resource commitment.

It is for there future. They need to be realized that this is for their future, if you don’t utilize it you are undergoing loss antha. Mindset should change from material incentives to knowledge incentives

Guru Poornima: Much more awareness programs and educative programs are there in Govt plans…nthg us executed in 100%. But not utilised rather wasted, How many of us implemented Rain water harvesting?

Kollegala Sharma: @,Jaya. You are right. Also, phds teaching kids is a mirage. Handling kids of anganvadis needs special skills. Also, if we start discussing about PhDs and higher education we will go to a different orbit.

To my mind, the essentials for education are:
1. Get teachers competency by providing resources for teaching, not survival

2. Use any activity to teach subjects. In other words integrate.

3. Get students interested by making practices and curriculum interesting.

4. Bring back self respect among teachers. Right now the feeling is that it is a job, and a thankless one.

13 yrs boy son of illetrate PARENTS presented to me during busy OPD hrs with history of Recurrent episodes of severe headache..Recurrent episodes of severe abdominal pain.Recurrent episodes of Giddiness.Recurrent episodes of sudden speech loss since 6 months. He has been admitted to several hospital and investigated thourghly by reputed medical college( s)!! But no cause is find out!!.His symptoms continued till date without any relief. By Detailed counseling involving parents and school teacher….I found some interesting facts😊
All his illness episodes were during school hrs only!! None on Sunday and holidays
He is below average kid as per his class teachers.PARENTS being illiterate not bothers..( They are PAY-Rents)..paid some rent( fees) and forgotten. On analysis…His IQ were 1.mathematical IQ 40.2.linguistic IQ *50 for all languages!.interesting and intrapersonel IQ 80. Wondered how he is passed till 7 th!!
Teachers revealed…As per Government policy no kids should ‘ve failed or detained in same class.he is just pushed!!
Now story will take twist..and it’s really amazing.All schools teachers and educationist should read further. As a learning disabilities counseller.I asked PARENTS to bring him on Sunday for bit detailed analysis.We analysed him first for his Dominance…( Mean Rt.brain or left brain dominance) by series of questions…He turns out be Rt brain dominant.( Rt.brain dominance are usually CREATIVE.left brain dominance are usually ANALYTICAL) . I took personal interest and asked him about areas of interest…( what he love to do)…He took some time and told his INTEREST.We NURTURED his INTEREST.YOY all won’t believe it…with in Span of 6 months…He showed what he actually is to this world. All his symptoms were psychologicall.
Now we are sponsoring him for Fine art school Pune for further studies..we will see what he will turn out.

Srinagesh: Honestly there are number of such cases. Parents may not. But teachers should be able to asssess. They don’t. They would have forgotten after their exams as sometimes teachers admit during training programs.

Srinagesh: Identification is first step. Next help of psychologists or psychiatrists may be taken.

Surendra Shetty: sister sowbhagyalakshmi donot worry. Almighty would b certainly kind on u.pl look for papaya plants near by to ur house. Collect the raw leaf (chiguru yele) , crush it in mixy. Give the juice 5 to 6 times a day for 2 to 3 days & reduce the dose.Within that blood count will increase. I experienced in my house itself for sure. Give me the feed back

Dr MD Shivraja: Knowledge is the only thing it will be doubled by sharing.Human Brain can store 1000+ TB( 100GB= 1Tb!!).Surprisingly & unfortunately we all in our life time will use less than 20% of our brain!! .Even EINSTEIN…who is labelled as GENIUS( IQ of more than 120) is also used only his 20% of brain.Soo GENIUS are not born.GENIUS can be made.Badness of Human Brain is….Unused part will start Degenerate rapidly than Used one’s,sooo Start sharing ur WISDOM and encourage ur brain to GROW rapidly.
